The Ahrntal Valley has around 40 kilometers of ski slopes to offer - in the Speikboden, Klausberg and Rein Taufers ski areas.
While the Speikboden ski area with its observation tower at the newly built Sonnklarlift at 2,400 meters offers a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, the Klausberg ski arena scores particularly with its family-friendliness and the night toboggan run every Tuesday evening.
Only 15 km out of the valley you can also reach the Kronplatz ski area, which with its more than 30 lifts and 116 kilometers of slopes makes every skier's heart beat faster.
